ENTERPRISE GROWTH

The first programme ever delivered by Iain and his team was aimed at creating higher growth businesses. Academic research had identified that many new start businesses were stalling at growth - some failing to reach the vat threshold, others simply failing to grow.

Enterprise Island designed and delivered two programmes to overcome this.

The first is now called THE BUSINESS HOLIDAY and is aimed at existing businesses that employ over 3 people but find it difficult to break through.

The second programme is called ENTERPRISE THERAPY. This is aimed at the new start business that has been trading for at least 6 months but is not progressing as it should.

Both the programmes work with existing support networks and have a very clear aim of enabling the businesses and entrepreneurs to identify what is blocking progress. They are then better placed to accelerate growth. Business Advisors find that this approach dramatically changes attitudes and enables them to make greater progress in a shorter period of time.
