ENTERPRISE AND REGENERATION

Much of Enterprise Island activity has been commissioned by Regeneration Departments who have been concerned at the low business birth rate in their area, and the the low uptake of office and or industrial space.

Most recently we worked with www.irvinebay.co.uk, the Irvine Bay Urban Regeneration Company  and North Ayrshire Council running a programme which identified latent and actual entrepreneurship in the area. The process not only created new businesses - many with higher growth potential - but identified the kind of physical infrastructural support those businesses would require.
